The XC6223T131MR-G is a high-speed linear voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. designed to provide a maximum output current of 300mA. It operates within an input voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and offers selectable output voltages from 1.2V to 4.0V in 0.05V increments, with an accuracy of ¬±1% for outputs above 2.0V.
