The XC6132N13LER-G is an ultra-small delay capacitor adjustable voltage detector designed for high accuracy and low supply current, utilizing a CMOS process and laser trimming technology. The XC6132N13LER-G operates within a voltage range of 1.6V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 0.8V to 2.0V, with a detection accuracy of ¬±18mV at 25¬8C for voltages below 1.5V, and ¬±1.2% for voltages between 1.5V and 2.0V. It also offers a manual reset function and an adjustable hysteresis width, making it suitable for applications such as microcontroller resets, battery voltage monitoring, and power failure detection.
