The XC6132C19HER-G is part of the XC6132 series of voltage detectors from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It features an ultra-small design with adjustable delay capacitor functionality, high accuracy, and sense pin isolation. The device operates within a voltage range of 1.6V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 0.8V to 2.0V, with a detection accuracy of ¬±18mV at 25¬8C for lower voltages and ¬±1.2% for higher voltages. It includes an internal surge voltage protection circuit and allows for customizable detection and release delay times through an external capacitor. The hysteresis width can also be adjusted externally. The XC6132C19HER-G is suitable for applications such as microcontroller resets, battery voltage monitoring, and power failure detection. It operates in a temperature range of -40¬8C to +125¬8C and has a low supply current of 1.28OºA at 1.6V during detection. The product is available in USP-6C and SOT-26 packages and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
