The XC6127C33EMR-G is an ultra-small voltage detector designed for high precision and low power consumption. It features a built-in delay circuit with release delay times ranging from 50ms to 800ms, which can be set internally. The device supports a manual reset function, allowing for reset assertion at any time. It is available in both CMOS and N-channel open drain output configurations, with output logic options of active low (RESETB) and active high (RESET). This voltage detector operates within a voltage range of 0.7V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 1.5V to 5.5V in 0.1V increments. The operating temperature range is from -40¬8C to 85¬8C, making it suitable for various applications, including microprocessor logic reset circuitry, battery life monitoring, and power-on reset circuits. The XC6127C33EMR-G is packaged in a compact USPN-4 format, ideal for space-constrained designs, while also being available in conventional packages like SSOT-24 and SOT-25 for compatibility with existing designs.
