The XC6123C716ER-G is a voltage detector with a watchdog function designed for low current consumption applications. It operates within a voltage range of 1.0V to 6.0V and can detect voltages from 1.6V to 5.0V in 0.1V increments, with a typical accuracy of ¬±2%. The device features an N-channel open drain output and includes a built-in delay circuit, eliminating the need for external components for signal output with release delay time. The watchdog function can be controlled via the ENB pin, allowing it to be turned off while the voltage detection remains active. The XC6123 offers six selectable watchdog timeout periods ranging from 50ms to 1.6s and five release delay times from 3.13ms to 400ms. It is suitable for applications such as microprocessor monitoring, memory battery backup, and system power-on reset circuits. The device is available in environmentally friendly packages, compliant with EU RoHS standards, and operates within a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C.
