TIC Gums has designed a number of stabilizers that meet the specific needs of various finished applications. We also offer a full line of TICorganic® certified organic gums and gum systems.
TIC PRETESTED® Stabilizer Icing consists of hydrocolloids that provide emulsification, aeration and water binding properties to icing. Stabilizer Icing also is effective in preventing sugar blooms in various icings and glazes such as cream cheese icing, German chocolate icing and ganache glaze. Stabilizer icing is cold water soluble.
