The THC63LVDM83D is a 24-bit color LVDS transmitter designed for high-resolution pixel data transmission, supporting up to 1080p/WUXGA resolutions. It converts 28 bits of LVCMOS data into four OpenLDI (LVDS) data streams, achieving an effective data rate of 1120 Mbps per channel at a transmit clock frequency of 160 MHz. The device features a wide dot clock range from 8 to 160 MHz, making it suitable for various applications including medium and small size panels, tablet PCs, security cameras, and medical equipment monitors. This transmitter is compatible with the TIA/EIA-644 LVDS standard and operates within a temperature range of 0 to +70¬8C. It supports input clock triggering edge selection and features a power-down mode. The LVDS swing can be reduced to 200 mV to minimize EMI and power consumption. The THC63LVDM83D is packaged in a 56-pin TSSOP format and is compliant with EU RoHS standards.
