The THC63LVD1022-B is a dual-link LVDS to LVCMOS converter designed for high-speed pixel data transmission, supporting resolutions up to Full-HD 1080p. It operates with a dual-channel LVDS input and provides a single port LVCMOS output, capable of transmitting data at rates of up to 150Mpixel/sec. The device supports a 30-bit color depth and includes 5 bits for timing and control data, achieving an effective data rate of 525Mbps per LVDS channel. This converter operates within a temperature range of 0 to 85¬8C and features a skew margin of ¬±400ps at 75MHz. It is packaged in a 100-pin TQFP format and requires a 3.3V single voltage power supply. The device supports output enable/disable functionality and does not require a special start-up sequence. It is compliant with environmental regulations such as EU RoHS, making it suitable for various applications including security cameras, industrial cameras, medium and small-sized panels, tablet PCs, and medical equipment monitors.
