Thermometrics manufactures feed through assemblies and instrument cables in a variety of configurations including coaxial, multi-conductor, and thermal couple wires. Terminations consists of thermocouple or BNC connectors, and several other miscellaneous connector devices. Stainless Steel is the most common material used for fittings used in feed through assemblies. This material has a low porosity factor, thereby, with proper baking, residual volatile contaminants and water vapor are driven out of the material. Teflon or Kapton insulated wire, epoxy seal and a high vacuum lubricant combine to insure feed through assemblies suitable for clean room, and pharmaceutical applications.
