Thermal Wire and Cable LLC 200-18FEPC-*

Description
Commercial Grade not UL/CSA Certified Thermal Wire and Cable's FEP insulated lead wires offer a wide service temperature range. Retention of its properties after service at 200C (392F). Thermal Wire and Cable's FEP insulated conductors produce very little smoke when burned and are chemically inert to nearly all industrial chemicals and solvents. As a primary insulation FEP couples superior dielectric properties, heat resistance and durability. Its flexible nature and small diameter profile provides for easy, economical installations. Fully pigmented insulation in bright colors aids in positive identification when compared with other high temperature cables that are augmented with a braid. Thermal Wire and Cable's FEP insulated lead wire slide rather tear, yet its abrasion resistance helps eliminate cut-through and other damage that can occur during installation and use. Thermal Wire and Cable's FEP lead wires are 20% smaller in diameter than braided cables allowing more circuits per conduit. Standard conductor is tin-coated copper. Available in 36 AWG through 1000 MCM. 300 Volt also available. Certain colors may require minimum orders. Larger sizes available please consult sales department. Teflon is a registered trademark of the Du Pont Corporation. *Please specify color : 0-black, 1-tan, 2-red, 3-orange, 4-yellow, 5-green, 6-blue, 7-purple, 8-gray, 9-white. Stripe color example : -100 tan base color with two black stripes. Intended Use : General Purpose high temperature point-to-point wiring where Certifying Agency Approval is not required. Conductor options : Standard conductor material is tinplated copper 20 and larger. Solid or stranded Grade A (Nickel 200) Prebond, Topcoat etc available.
