Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog UCC37325DR

The UCC37325DR is a dual low-side MOSFET driver in an SOIC-8 package measuring 4.90 mm × 3.91 mm, designed to drive power MOSFETs in switch-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, solar inverters, and motor control applications. It features one inverting and one noninverting output, each capable of sourcing and sinking 4 A peak current. The device operates with a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 15 V and supports TTL/CMOS input levels independent of supply voltage. Its input thresholds include hysteresis for noise immunity, and switching characteristics specify a 25 ns rise time and 35 ns fall time into a 1.8 nF load. The package is thermally enhanced with no PowerPAD, and the part meets RoHS standards.
