Texas Instruments UC3845A Current Mode PWM Controller UC3845ADG4

The UC3845ADG4 is a current mode PWM controller optimized for off-line and DC-DC converters. It features a low start-up current of less than 0.5mA and a trimmed oscillator discharge current of 8.3mA. The device includes automatic feedforward compensation, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, and enhanced load response characteristics. It also has undervoltage lockout with hysteresis and double pulse suppression capabilities. The controller can operate at frequencies up to 500kHz and is suitable for applications such as switch mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, and industrial power supply units. The UC3845ADG4 is available in a 14-pin SOIC package and is designed for operation within a temperature range of 0 to 70 degrees Celsius.
