The TRSF3222EIPWG4 is a multichannel RS-232 line driver and receiver designed for operation with a supply voltage ranging from 3 V to 5.5 V. It features two drivers and two receivers, capable of data signaling rates up to 1000 kbit/s. The device includes ¬±15-kV ESD protection for enhanced reliability in harsh environments, meeting TIA/EIA-232-F and ITU v.28 standards. This component can be powered down to reduce power consumption to a typical standby current of 1 OºA, while still keeping the receivers active.
