The TPS77433DGKRG4 is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator capable of delivering 250 mA of output current with a typical dropout voltage of 200 mV. It operates with an ultralow quiescent current of 92 µA at full load, reducing to less than 1 µA when disabled, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. The device features a power good (PG) output that indicates the status of the output voltage, transitioning to a low-impedance state when the output falls below 82% of its regulated voltage. The TPS77433 is available in a fixed output voltage of 3.3 V and is housed in an 8-pin MSOP package. It is designed for stability with a variety of output capacitors, including low ESR ceramic and tantalum types, and provides low noise performance of 55 µVrms without the need for external filter capacitors.
