The TPS65022RHATG4 is a Power Management IC designed for applications powered by a single Li-Ion or Li-Polymer cell, providing multiple power rails efficiently. It features three step-down converters with efficiencies of up to 97% for the 1.2-A converter, 95% for the 1-A converter, and 90% for the 900-mA converter, making it suitable for core, peripheral, and memory voltage requirements in processor-based systems. The device also includes two general-purpose LDOs with adjustable output voltages, a 30-mA LDO for real-time clock functionality, and a battery backup feature. The TPS65022 operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is housed in a compact 40-pin VQFN package.
