The TMS320F280230PTS is a 48-pin LQFP microcontroller based on the TMS320C28x™ 32-bit CPU, operating at 40 MHz with a 25-ns instruction cycle. It features 16 KB of on-chip flash memory, 4 KB of SARAM, a 12-bit ADC with 8 channels, three enhanced PWM modules supporting six channels, one eCAP module, and integrated comparators. The device operates from a single 3.3-V supply with integrated power-on and brown-out reset, supports up to 22 multiplexed GPIO pins, and includes a 128-bit security module for code protection. It meets RoHS standards and is rated for operation from -40°C to 125°C.
