The SN74LV125ARGYR is a quadruple bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs designed for operation within a voltage range of 2 V to 5.5 V. It features a maximum propagation delay of 6 ns at 5 V and supports mixed-mode voltage operation across all ports. The device exhibits low output ground bounce, with a typical output low voltage (V_OLP) of less than 0.8 V at 3.3 V and a typical output high voltage (V_OHV) of greater than 2.3 V at the same voltage level. It includes an I_off feature that allows for partial-power-down mode operation and has latch-up performance that exceeds 250 mA per JESD 17. The SN74LV125ARGYR also offers robust ESD protection, exceeding the standards for human-body, machine, and charged-device models.
