The SN65MLVD206 is a half-duplex M-LVDS transceiver designed for multipoint data and clock transmission. It supports signaling rates up to 200 Mbps and complies with the TIA/EIA-899 M-LVDS standard. The device features Type-2 receivers that provide a 100 mV offset threshold for detecting open-circuit and idle-bus conditions, enhancing reliability in multipoint applications. It operates over a common-mode voltage range of -1 V to 3.4 V, allowing for data transfer with significant ground noise.
