The PCA9538DWR is an 8-bit I/O expander designed for I¬=C and SMBus applications, offering a low-power solution with a maximum standby current of 1 OºA. It operates within a power supply range of 2.3 V to 5.5 V and supports both 100-kHz and 400-kHz clock frequencies. The device features an open-drain active-low interrupt output and an active-low reset input, allowing for efficient communication with microcontrollers.
