Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog Laser Drivers ONET1191VRGPT

The ONET1191VRGPT is a high-speed laser driver IC capable of operating at data rates up to 11.3 Gbps. It features a two-wire digital interface for controlling modulation and bias currents, with modulation current selectable up to 40 mA and bias current up to 20 mA. The device includes an automatic power control (APC) loop and supports transceiver management systems. It also has a programmable input equalizer that can compensate for up to 300 mm of transmission line loss on FR4 PCBs. The ONET1191VRGPT operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and is housed in a compact 20-pin QFN package measuring 4 mm x 4 mm.
