The LMZ12003EXTTZ is a 3A SIMPLE SWITCHER® power module designed for military applications and harsh environments, with a maximum input voltage of 20V. It features a compact TO-PMOD 7-pin package measuring 10.16 x 13.77 x 4.57 mm. The module supports an input voltage range of 4.5V to 20V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 6V, delivering up to 18W of total output power with efficiencies reaching 92%. Key characteristics include a wide operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, integrated shielding inductors, and protection against surge currents, undervoltage lockout, and output short circuits.
