Texas Instruments High-Performance Analog LM5100CMAX/NOPB

The LM5100CMAX/NOPB is a 1-A high-voltage, high-side and low-side gate driver designed to control N-channel MOSFETs in synchronous buck or half-bridge configurations. It is housed in an SOIC-8 package measuring 3.91 mm × 4.90 mm and features independent CMOS-level logic inputs, a bootstrap supply voltage capability up to 118 V, and propagation timing of 25 ns typical with 8 ns rise and fall times into a 1000-pF load. The device includes undervoltage lockout on both high and low-side power rails and an integrated high-voltage bootstrap diode. It meets RoHS standards and operates with a junction temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
