This driver operates with a supply voltage range of +60V to +85V and a bias voltage range of +8V to +15V. It supports input voltages from 0V to 3.75V and can output voltages between +15V and +75V. The device is stable with capacitive loads up to 20pF and is packaged in an industry-standard 11-lead TO-220 molded plastic power package, facilitating easy PCB layout. The LM2463TA/NOPB is suitable for applications requiring high performance, such as 1600 x 1200 displays at refresh rates up to 70Hz and pixel clock frequencies up to 180MHz.
