The DRV8353SRTAT is a three-phase smart gate driver for brushless DC motors, supporting SPI control and integrated triple current shunt amplifiers with adjustable gain (5, 10, 20, 40 V/V). It is packaged in a 40-pin WQFN with a 6.00mm × 6.00mm body size and an exposed thermal pad. The gate drivers provide 50 mA to 1 A peak source and 100 mA to 2 A peak sink current, with adjustable slew rate and dead-time control to prevent shoot-through. It operates from a 9 V to 75 V gate supply and supports VDRAIN up to 100 V. Integrated protections include VM and VDRAIN undervoltage lockout, gate driver fault, overcurrent, and thermal shutdown. Sleep mode draws 20 µA at 48 V. It meets AEC-Q200 and RoHS standards with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
