The DRV8353HRTAR is a three-phase smart gate driver for brushless DC motors, housed in a 40-pin WQFN package with an exposed thermal pad measuring 6.00mm × 6.00mm. It supports 9V to 75V gate driver supply voltage and 7V to 100V drain sense voltage, with integrated high-side and low-side gate drivers offering 50 mA to 1 A peak source current and 100 mA to 2 A peak sink current. The device features smart gate drive architecture with adjustable slew rate control, dead-time insertion, and shoot-through prevention, along with 1x, 3x, 6x, and independent PWM modes. It includes a hardware interface for PWM control and supports 120° sensored BLDC operation. Operating ambient temperature ranges from -40°C to 125°C. The device meets AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards and is RoHS compliant.
