The DRV600RTJR is a stereo line driver designed for applications requiring a compact solution with reduced component count and cost. It features a fixed gain of -1.5 V/V and can drive 2 Vrms into a 600-ohm load at a supply voltage of 3.3 V. The device operates within a wide power supply range of 1.8 V to 4.5 V and includes independent shutdown control for both left and right audio channels. Its ground-referenced outputs eliminate the need for DC-blocking capacitors, which helps to minimize board area and improve total harmonic distortion plus noise (THD+N) performance. The DRV600RTJR is housed in a 20-pin, 4 mm x 4 mm Thin QFN package and offers -8 kV IEC ESD protection, making it suitable for various consumer electronics applications such as set-top boxes, CD/DVD players, and televisions.
