The DRV5013BCELPEM is a digital bipolar-latch Hall effect sensor with an open-drain output capable of sinking 30 mA. It operates from a 2.5 V to 38 V supply voltage and features reverse polarity protection up to -22 V and load dump tolerance up to 40 V. The device has a magnetic switch point of ±12 mT and supports an operating temperature range of -40 °C to +150 °C. It is housed in a through-hole TO-92 (LPE) package measuring 4 mm × 3.15 mm. The sensor includes integrated protection against output short circuit and overcurrent.
