The CD54HC273F3A is a high-speed CMOS logic octal D-type flip-flop featuring a common clock and asynchronous reset. It operates on a voltage range of 2V to 6V and is designed for positive edge triggering, allowing data at the D inputs to be transferred to the Q outputs on the rising edge of the clock pulse. The device includes buffered inputs and offers significant power savings compared to LSTTL logic ICs. It supports a fanout of 10 LSTTL loads for standard outputs and 15 LSTTL loads for bus driver outputs. The flip-flops can operate over a wide temperature range of -55¬8C to 125¬8C, making them suitable for various applications.
