The 100341J-QMLV is a low power 8-bit shift register featuring eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with individual inputs and outputs for parallel operation, as well as serial inputs for bidirectional shifting. The device operates based on select inputs that allow for modes such as parallel entry, hold, shift left, and shift right. It includes a 50K ohm pull-down resistor on all inputs. This shift register offers a voltage-compensated operating range of -4.2V to -5.7V and is designed to provide a 35% power reduction compared to the previous model, the 100141. It is also equipped with 2000V ESD protection and is pin/function compatible with the 100141. The product is available for industrial grade temperature ranges and meets military standards for processing and quality conformance inspection.
