TelephoneStuff.com ITW Linx Category 5e 25 Pair Building Entrance Surge.. ML25-CAT5

Description
Protects high-performance 25 pair category 5e outside plant cables as well as category 5e UTP cables in T1 / ISDN applications. Available for 16V (LAN / Data) and 235V (voice) clamping level. Punch down the OSP cable on the left side in the integral 110 connectors. Grounding hardware (included) clips onto the cable sheath. Punch down the UTP cable on the right side into the integral 110 connectors. Building Entrance Surge Protector Features: - UL listed primary and isolated loop (UL497 / UL497B) - Solid state protection provides the fastest response to transient voltages (1 - 5 nanoseconds) - Scale the protection to the system size - 25 pair protection that fits the footprint of a 66 block - Snap fits to standard 89B brackets - Fuse included - Includes an external AC power adapter and a high-capacity Li-Ion battery with external charger - Rugged, watertight “carry-on” style carrying case - Maintenance-free precise and durable (P&D;) electrodes - Ultra-fast heat-shrink oven (20 seconds heating time on 60 mm heat-shrinks) - Easy data output and software upgrades via two USB ports - Advanced statistical data analysis features allow for the operator to graphically view the performance of things such as the cleave quality over a period of time. This enables the operator to make informed maintenance decisions based on data analysis, such as when to replace a cleaver blade. - USB work lamp - Capable of building attenuators by using programmable splice loss program (up to 10 dB) - Automatic fiber type detection with LID-System - Slot for multimedia card (MMC); 1 GB MMC included - Tilt base allows the splicer to face the operator, allowing for ergonomic operation - RDUP (formerly RUS) listed
