Rectangular Floor Box Cover are available in 2 styles, both versions are brass. One cover is a duplex flap (under which a 106 jack frame can be mounted to
accept 2 jack inserts), the other is a 2 1/8" x 1" combination adapter plate (a threaded nipple is inserted in the plate to assist in securing the low-profile and Lo-Con above the floor fittings). Either cover fits Model #HPWB2429 or #HPWB4233.
