Flush Mount Outdoor Vandal-Resistant Door Substation is equipped like the AI-RS160 (made with heavy 11-gauge stainless steel and a vandal resistant stainless steel call button) but also with the internal components protected with a synthetic rubber sealant to make it weather resistant. Calls and communicates with the programmed master stations or telephones. Door Substation Features: - Flexible all-modular construction - Expansion options using interface cards - Sub-to-master communication by voice switch or push-to-talk (PTT) activated talk-back, master-to-master by full-duplex handsets - Six different sub/door stations for specific installation conditions - Standard 25V speaker and call button can be used as a sub station (with AI-CP170) - Basic conversation plus full range of exchange functions, including: Call forwarding, Scan monitoring, Emergency conference, Conversation recording with external equipment, and Paging with an external amplifier - Used in combination with CCTV images, access control, emergency broadcast systems or other security equipment
