Medium Bi-Pin Fluorescent Pedestal Lampholder with slide-on, shallow base for T-8 and T-12 lamps (G13 base); plunger style.
Newly redesigned Pedestal-Type fluorescent lampholders simplify fixture design and increase options for OEMs. The previously round plunger area has been reshaped into a rectangle, resulting in smoother travel during lamp insertion.
Fluorescent Pedestal Lampholder Features:
- High temperature, arc-resistant thermoplastic with a 94V-0 flammability rating
- Rectangular plunger area provides smoother travel during lamp insertion
- Available shunted for use with instant-start applications
- Quickwire terminals accept No. 18 or No. 16 AWG solid wire, stripped 3/8” to 1/2”
- Silver-plated contacts
- Fits 20-ga. panel openings, same as previous Leviton models
- Meets proposed UL requirements for instant-start applications
