Air Dam creates a barrier between the cabinet door and the front of equipment along the top, bottom and sides of the cabinet. When used in combination with Perforated Front and Rear doors, Air Dam helps to channel cool air to the front of equipment and also helps to prevent the mixing of heated air from the rear of the cabinet with cool air at the front of the cabinet. Air Dam is a complete kit for use with CPI Cabinet Systems. Air Dam is 5" deep and matches the style, height and width of the cabinet. It should be installed before the cabinet is populated with equipment or placed in a multiple cabinet bay. Air Dam will not work with Double Doors on the front of the cabinet, the Retractable Stabilizer Kit or with a MegaFrame that has a top-mounted fan kit. Enhance cooling with the Delphi ECS Enclosure Blower (by removing bottom baffle) and/or the Intelligent Fan Door.
