The Telephone Management Application (TMA) is a data collection and reporting Windows based software package for use on a PC using the Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 2000 operating system. This application allows for the use of up to 8 modems to provide contact with the telephones in the system. These modems operate simultaneously to collect information from the S.M.A.R.T. telephones. Access to TMA is secured through a key attached to the PC's USB port. The installed key limits access to certain features in order to provide secure access to the operational settings of the phones and the monitoring system. TMA has three user levels, System Administrator, User, and Guest. The System Administrator has full access to TMA, the User level has a more restricted access and the Guest access is view only.
