The J134D-12L is a hermetically sealed, sensitive DPDT relay with internal diode for coil transient suppression, designed for low-power RF switching in compact applications. It has a 0.375-inch maximum profile height, 0.100-inch grid-spaced terminals, and weighs 0.15 oz (4.3 g) maximum. The relay operates at 12.0 Vdc nominal coil voltage with 200 mW typical power consumption, 4.0 ms maximum operate time, and 7.5 ms maximum release time. It supports contact loads of 1 A at 28 Vdc resistive and 200 mA at 28 Vdc inductive, with a contact life of 1,000,000 cycles at 0.5 A/28 Vdc. Intercontact capacitance is 0.4 pF typical, and insulation resistance is 10,000 megohms minimum. The unit meets environmental specifications of -65°C to +125°C ambient and withstands 30 g vibration up to 3000 Hz and 75 g shock for 6 msec.
