The HD24CFY is a 2A, 60Vdc solid-state relay with short-circuit protection and trip status feedback, designed for PCB mounting in harsh environments. It features a hermetically sealed DIP package weighing 5.5 gm max, optical isolation between input and output, and a low ON resistance of 0.15 ohm. The relay meets MIL-PRF-28750 specifications, operates from -55°C to +105°C, and responds to TTL or CMOS control signals. Trip status output returns a logic low when the relay trips and logic high when normal. Turn-on time is 2 ms, turn-off time is 1 ms, and leakage current is 0.1 mA at 60 Vdc. The device complies with MIL-STD-704 for 28 Vdc systems and has a dielectric strength of 1000 Vac.
