Teknor Apex Company TruVis™ Esters

For more than 50 years the Chemical Division has produced esters for use as plasticizers, synthetic lubricants and polymer intermediates. We produce a number of different commodity and specialty chemicals both for sale and for toll for many major multi-national companies. We also produce traditional as well as specialty proprietary plasticizers and additives that are used internally by our compounding divisions. Teknor Apex introduced a standard line of TruVisTM esters for lubricant manufacturers in 2008. We have experience in most of the ester types used in synthetic lubricants today, and have served the lubricant market in different capacities for 30 years. We bring strength to the lubricant market in our flexibility as an independent producer, and also in our ability to globally source key raw materials.
