The fanless TME-5031-22 is a medical panel PC designed for use as patient infotainment terminals or nursing cart/station computers. These units feature powerful Intel Core i3/i5/i7 Skylake processors, but since they are System on Chip (SOC), power consumption is kept down due to the high level of integration and shorter wiring of the single chip. The full flat projected capacitive touchscreens are IP65 rated and the enclosures have an antibacterial finish to prevent the growth of dangerous germs. To ensure the protection of patients and healthcare employees, the TME-5031-22 has been UL/EN 60601 medically certified. An LED reading bar on the bottom of the unit provides lighting when it isn’t otherwise available, and the HD display delivers a great visual experience.
