Techsil 6098L Urethane Release Agent Aerosol is a solvent-based release agent specifically designed for various molded urethane applications, particularly effective for rigid and semi-rigid foam. The product is presented as an off-white liquid with a density of 0.715 kg/l and a flash point of -4¬8C. For optimal use, it is recommended to thoroughly clean the mold before application, followed by the application of three even coats of the release agent, allowing the solvent to flash off between coats. After each production shot, an even coat should be reapplied to ensure effective release. Residue can be cleaned using vapor degreasing or solvent wipes. Proper storage involves keeping the container tightly sealed to prevent evaporation and contamination, and the product should be mixed before use.
