ThreeBond TB1281B is a one-component, room temperature curing silicone sealant designed for gear box sealing applications. It exhibits resistance to gear box oil and has a high viscosity, providing excellent initial pressure resistance. The product maintains its rubber properties across a wide temperature range of -60¬8C to +200¬8C, with momentary resistance up to +250¬8C. After curing, it demonstrates rubber elasticity, with a hardness of 57-62 (JIS-A), elongation of 200-250%, and tensile strength of 4.5-5 MPa. The sealant is packaged in a 330ml cartridge and is intended for industrial use only.

This grade has gear box oil resistance, an excellent heat and cold resistance with a wide temperature range of -60°C up to +200°C, with momentary resistance of up to +250°C and yet still maintains its rubber properties. TB1281B has a high viscosity which allows for excellent initial pressure resistance.
Suitable for use as a Toyato ATF sealant.
Available in 330ml cartridges (460gm) and can be dispensed using a standard 310ml caulking gun.
