ThreeBond TB5211 is a neutral curing silicone sealant designed for civil engineering, construction, and industrial applications. This single-component, non-slumping paste is solvent-free and non-acidic, curing upon exposure to atmospheric moisture to form a durable rubber solid. It exhibits excellent adhesive strength to a variety of substrates including glass, metals, wood, plastics, UPVC, concrete, and ceramics. The sealant offers outstanding weather resistance, maintaining performance stability against sunlight, ozone, water, and temperature fluctuations. It retains permanent elasticity without deterioration or color change, with a temperature range of -70¬8C to +260¬8C. The product has a tack-free time of 45 minutes, an elongation of 500%, and a tensile strength of 2.5 MPa. TB5211 is packaged in a 330ml cartridge compatible with standard caulking guns and has a shelf life of 12 months when stored properly.
