Elecolit® 6603 is a thermally conductive epoxy with very good metal adhesion and slight flexibility. This grade has very good flow behavior and can easily be processed using a dispenser, spreading knife or spatula.
Although designed for bonding applications, 6603 can also be used as a potting compound.
