TSE397 B is a one-component, fast-curing silicone adhesive sealant that cures upon exposure to moisture, forming an elastic silicone rubber. The product is non-corrosive to metals and meets the MIL-A-46146B corrosion test. The sealant has a tack-free time of approximately 10 minutes at room temperature and offers a wide temperature resistance range from -55¬8C to 200¬8C. It exhibits strong weatherability, ozone, and chemical resistance, making it suitable for outdoor applications. Additionally, TSE397 B provides excellent electrical insulation properties, with a dielectric strength of 22 kV/mm and a volume resistivity of 2.0 x 10^7 M,Ѷ,Ä¢m. Potential applications include use as an insulating adhesive seal for electrical and electronic components, as well as a waterproof sealant for various equipment. The product is recognized under UL94 HB standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
TSE3397 B is a black one-component, fast-cure, non corrosive silicone adhesive sealant that offers excellent corrosion- free adhesion to metals, including copper, plastics, ceramics, glass, etc. without the use of primers. Dispenses as a flowable paste, TSE 397B has a tack-free time of 10 mins (at room temperature) and cures to a soft 13 Shore A rubber.
