RTV167 has a tack-free time of 4 hours and achieves a Shore A hardness of 37 upon curing. It offers significant elongation of up to 600% and maintains its properties across a wide temperature range, from -60¬8C to 204¬8C, with intermittent exposure up to 260¬8C. This sealant is suitable for use in various industries, including aerospace and automotive, particularly for bonding and sealing electronic components. It is recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (UL File No. E-36952) and meets the physical requirements of military specification MIL-A-46146.
