MG Chemicals 8341 is a no clean flux paste designed for use with high temperature lead free and conventional Sn/Pb alloys. This unique mixture of high grade synthetic resin and thixotropic agents provides the fluxing activity levels that promote fast wetting action and maximum wetting speed.
MG 8341 is a no clean, non conductive thixotropic paste which is RoHS compliant and meets J-STD-004B standards. Suitable applications include stencil soldering, wave soldering, printed circuit board touch up, assembly and rework. Supplied in a 10ml pen syringe.
