Techsil 6088A is a semi-permanent, wax-free, release agent and lubricant in aerosol cans. It can be used for many types of moulding operations, especially where abrasion is a problem. Techsil 6088A incorporates a system to tightly bond the release film to the mould surface for maximum abrasive resistance. Properly applied, Techsil 6088A will not attract or hold dust and virtually does not transfer from the mould to the part. The product is particularly effective on vinyl's, polyesters, epoxies, phenolics and polypropylene. Techsil 6088A is also recommended for use in releasing silicone rubber from metal or plastic moulds.
