BJB SC-94 is a single component, water based aliphatic coating designed to provide a final finish or paintable surface for various flexible polyurethane foams, elastomers and latex products. It can also be used as an in-mold coating for casting or brushing polyurethane products behind. SC 94 provides a uniformed semi-gloss finish and has high elongation and tear resistance. This products clear base is easy to tint or pigment and has excellent color retention - if pigmenting, typically a 2 - 3 % addition by weight achieves an opaque, uniform color.
