BJB TC-277 'PolySoft 3' is a two-component, flexible polyurethane foam. The cured material feels similar to foam sandals. The firmness can easily be altered with a slight ratio change, for example at a ratio of 75/100 pbw TC-277 produces a firm, quick recovery foam. At 60/100 pbw the result will be a slightly softer foam. Common applications for this material include prototyping, prosthetics, medical training devices, movie SFX, props and more. TC-266 is frequently molded behind flexible polyurethane skin materials such as BJB's SkinFlex line or other BJB Elastomers.
