F105 is a 2 part polyurethane system developed to address the need for shorter processing times and higher part productions. This grade is ideal for making medical training models, molds, special effects and props.
F-105 works well with BJB Poly Soft Foams. It is also very versatile in terms of cured shore hardness, the addition of SC-22 will allow for the shore hardness to be lowered and increase the elongation to produce extremely soft parts.
F105 is a member of the 'F-1' Series, a family of flexible polyurethane elastomers that range in hardness from 5 Shore A up to 95 Shore A. All grades found in the range boast much higher physical properties than their predecessors (F Range) and no longer use a mercury based curing system.
